A few years ago, when Lance Armstrong was at the height of his Tour de France monopoly, Dasani offered a cheesy little road bike as a promotion. Now this full-fendered commuter graces the produce department of my local grocery store. How cool is that?

Commuters are cool? How cool is that? That is stupendously cool! Because I'm a diehard fendered commuter type!
You would think a Dasani-themed bike would at least have a water bottle cage.
I attended a German beer night at a boutique tavern last summer, and the grand prize was a balloon-tired cruiser with a Spaten logo on the headtube. I was crushed when I didn't win it; it would have made a great bar-hopper*. I recall the bike didn't have a cage either, but our restrictive open container laws discourage that option.
*While wearing a helmet, of course...
Kudos to Dasani for realizing, even though they're in the water business, that carrying a bottle is a personal choice!
